Survivor Croquet

Bally MYSS “BMC” 2020 1st Place Survivor Winners

Survivor tournament will be held Sunday, June 9, 2024 on the Mennonite Heritage Center lawn.  Check-in/Registration starts at 12:30 pm. Come watch the fun as youth groups compete to win prize money for a service/mission trip. Spectators welcome. Come with your lawn chair, mask and socially distance while watching.

The 11th Annual Survivor Croquet Tournament is a fast paced game for Junior and Senior High Youth Groups where “poise and quick thinking in the midst of madness and mayhem win the day!” Two teams of six, “stripes” and “solids”, play simultaneously from opposite ends of the court. As everyone converges to play through the center wicket, they’ll try to survive and get to the other end to stake out and win.

Teams must register in advance to compete. Registration is $30/team of six players. Contact Mark Hager at 267.374.880 or markdhager@hotmail.com to register.

Survivor benefits the registered youth groups and directly supports a service/mission trip they are planning to take within the following year. It is played the Friday night of Whack and Roll weekend.

Prizes for Youth Groups
First Place – $1,000
Second Place – $500
Third Place – $250

Six players per team; at least four players must be junior or senior high youth and up to two may be youth leaders or church members. Tournament play will continue unless there is lightning, thunder or other dangerous weather conditions.

Procedures will be in place to make this event safe for everyone. Bring your own lawn chairs and water bottles.

Survivor Croquet Clinics for teams can be held at no cost. Contact Mark Hager at 267.374.8809 or markdhager@hotmail.com if you would like to schedule a free clinic or for survivor questions.
