Workshop: Writing the Stories of Our Lives

LindaWisniewskiHave you been thinking about writing your memoirs but can’t seem to find the time? Don’t know where to start?  Join us in a supportive and informative class where you will learn the basics of memoir writing.  The six week Writing the Stories of Our Lives workshop, taught by author Linda C. Wisniewski, will meet six Thursday mornings from 10 am to 12 noon on October 8 through November 12.  You’ll learn techniques to access your most important memories and talk about ways to make your stories come alive for the reader. You will have time to practice writing in class and receive gentle, constructive feedback as well as tips on your strengths as a writer. And you’ll go home with a group of stories from your life with suggestions on how to use them.
