Memories of Christmases and Winters Past

The Mennonite Heritage Center lobby and adjacent Gunden Gallery features several small displays of scenes, toys and games of Christmases and winters past, all from the Mennonite Heritage Center collection. One wall space with feature color image enlargements of Mennonite family Christmas gatherings from the mid-20^th century; another wall local winter scenes from the early 20^th century. Several display cases highlight vintage toys, dolls in their beds, and games from the late 19^th and early 20^th centuries. Come visit and reminisce with scenes of Christmases and winters past, and memorabilia of childhood fun.
